Empowering Women-Owned Businesses on Seattle's Eastside & Snohomish County
Eastside EntrepreneuHERs (aka e.HERs) and SnoCo EntrepreneuHERs (aka s.HERs) are ongoing networking groups for female-identifying business owners on Seattle’s Eastside and Snohomish County, focusing on community, growth, empowerment, and inclusion.
Founder, Rachel Rowland, knows how challenging (and sometimes isolating) running a business can be, so she has worked hard to establish a business family where members can flourish as individuals and as businesses. Don’t have time for a membership? That’s okay! Check the events calendar for one-off networking opportunities or join us as a drop-in guest for a meeting!
Our Pillars: Community, Growth, Empowerment, and Inclusion
Community: Build Relationships That Matter
EntrepreneuHERs brings together ambitious female entrepreneurs in Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Everett, Mill Creek, Bothell, and beyond! Our monthly networking meetings foster meaningful connections in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through shared experiences and collaboration, we create a thriving business family that inspires and uplifts.
Growth: Expand Your Business and Your Skills
We are dedicated to helping our EntrepreneuHERs thrive. Through monthly meetings and guest speakers, you’ll gain actionable insights to advance your business. With the launch of Content Days, you’ll also have exclusive access to creative spaces across King and Snohomish Counties to craft compelling social media content alongside your peers.
Empowerment: Lead with Confidence
EntrepreneuHERs celebrates your success and provides the encouragement you need to overcome challenges. Each meeting and optional event is designed to empower you with the skills and mindset to lead boldly and make a lasting impact in your industry.
Inclusion: Everyone Belongs Here
Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. EntrepreneuHERs is committed to creating spaces where female-identifying entrepreneurs of all backgrounds, industries, and stages of business feel seen, heard, and valued. We actively cultivate welcoming environments that honor diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and identities because we believe they make our businesses and communities stronger. Racism, injustice, and hatred have no seat at our table.
Best place for women small business owners to go to get their businesses to the next level. Authentic community with stellar resources.

Meet the Founder
Rachel Rowland was born and raised in Ballard and later moved to the Eastside to be closer to her teaching job with the Issaquah School District. Years later, she realized that she still didn't have many close friends nearby, so it was time to make some! This was right about the time she decided to take the leap from educating students to educating home buyers and sellers. A self-proclaimed Real Estate Matchmaker and Networking Extraordinaire, Rachel loves applying her 11 years of teaching experience and local connections to help others. Although she loves supporting all clients, Rachel excels with first-time homebuyers and sellers, guiding them through their first real estate transactions. In her free time, she loves live music, theater, game nights with friends and family, and hanging with her pups, Champ, Gertie, & Murphy.
